These guys are the best and give me so much confidence! No need to look any further for your automation needs! They helped me with our Audio/Visual, security, automatic shades, and wifi needs at our primary house, our ranch, and our daughters' home with NO issues. My favorite is their solution and installation of a TV in the attic above our outdoor covered patio (I didn't have wall space to hang a TV outdoors). The TV stays hidden until I need it, and it lowers out of the ceiling on an automatic arm-problem solved! They are very responsive and available to help at a moment's notice as well!

We used Black Diamond for our home audio/video system. We have 11 TVs in our house, internet, cameras, etc. It was no small undertaking. Black Diamond did it right for us - price, service, informing us how everything works, product quality, etc. Also, being the tech morons that we are, we need help from time to time to stay updated and reminded how everything works. This is where they excel. They’re responsive and readily available (they even came out on Christmas Eve to keep us online) - and availability, to me, is the best ability.
